Where artful lines become pathways to inner change.
Neurographics4Life is the first Neurographica school in India founded by master trainer Ekaterina Chalova. Our studio blends coaching, creativity, and neuroscience so you can redraw the patterns that shape your life.
About me
An artist-coach who follows the wisdom of the line.
I have spent the past decade weaving together psychology, design thinking, and somatic awareness. My personal breakthrough came when I discovered Neurographica in Moscow. The practice helped me rebuild resilience after burnout, reconnect with my creativity, and fall in love with coaching all over again.

Supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to redesign their inner and outer worlds through guided drawing labs.
Why Neurographics4Life
Neurographics4Life exists at the intersection of personal healing and professional mastery. My own transformation showed me that creative practice can be structured yet deeply intuitive. I wanted to build a home where:
- Coaching clients who feel stuck access the unconscious through line, colour, and rhythm.
- Creative professionals balance strategic thinking with embodied intuition.
- Communities learn a shared visual language to process change together.
Coaching
Coaching with Neurographica: a transformative pathway to inner clarity and growth.
In a world that often separates logic from emotion, thought from feeling, and coaching from creativity, Neurographica offers a bridge. It brings together the analytical and the artistic, the structured and the intuitive, offering profound transformation through the simple act of drawing.
Neurographica coaching integrates traditional coaching principles like goal setting, values clarification, and action planning with visual, intuitive expression. Rather than relying solely on conversation, we invite you to engage both hemispheres of the brain by drawing purposeful lines, shapes, and forms that reflect your internal states. This combination activates the intellect, the body, the emotions, and the unconscious mind.
Book a Trial Personal Coaching Session nowHow a session flows
We begin by mapping intentions, translate emotions into lines, observe patterns that appear on paper, and end with an embodied action plan.
Why it works
Drawing deactivates the inner critic, bypasses familiar stories, and creates new neural pathways that support lasting behavioural change.
Who benefits
Leaders, creatives, therapists, educators, and anyone ready to process complex emotions with gentleness and precision.
About the Neurographica method
A science-informed art modality that rewires the nervous system through deliberate drawing.
Created by psychologist Pavel Piskarev, Neurographica combines Gestalt principles, neuroplasticity research, and graphic design to create a structured yet intuitive drawing protocol. Every line is intentional and every figure mirrors a state of mind.
What is NG?
A guided drawing method that uses special algorithms to harmonise the brain, body, and emotional states.
About the author
Developed by Dr. Pavel Piskarev, a Russian architect-psychologist who blended design, Gestalt therapy, and neuroscience.
Scientific grounding
Neuroplasticity research shows that repetitive, mindful movement paired with reflective awareness creates new neural pathways.
Benefits
Release stress, clarify goals, reframe limiting beliefs, and build intuitive confidence through visual, somatic practice.
Who is it for?
Anyone ready to explore change with a pen and open mind: professionals, students, parents, therapists, teams, and creatives.
How we teach
Live labs, hybrid cohorts, and personalised coaching keep you supported as you learn each algorithm step by step.
